Affiliate
programme terms.
These terms explain how referrals, commissions, withdrawals, and acceptable promotion work.
1. Agreement and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and be legally able to enter this agreement. HostFlow may approve or reject an application, request identity or payment information, or review an account where needed to protect the programme.
2. Referral tracking
Approved affiliates receive a unique tracking link through the Client Area. A referral is credited only when HostFlow’s systems successfully associate the visitor or resulting order with that link.
Tracking may depend on cookies and browser settings. Cookies can remain available for up to 90 days, but HostFlow cannot guarantee tracking where cookies are blocked, removed, overwritten, or unavailable. Affiliates must not alter, obscure, or interfere with tracking.
3. Eligible commissions
Affiliates earn a one-time 60% commission on the first month’s eligible hosting payment from their first successful paid referral. This replaces the standard 10% commission for that qualifying payment; it is not an additional 60%. Standard 10% recurring commission applies afterwards to eligible renewals and subsequent referrals. The 60% rate does not apply to every new referral or every renewal. Existing maturation, withdrawal and eligibility rules apply. No commission is earned merely for activating an affiliate account or generating a click or signup. First-referral reward wording updated October 11, 2026.
Unless HostFlow confirms otherwise in writing, commissions exclude taxes, account credit, free services, discounts funded by HostFlow, refunded amounts, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, unpaid invoices, and self-referrals.
4. Commission maturation
Commission remains pending for 30 days after the qualifying payment. It becomes available only if the payment and referred service remain valid and eligible throughout that period. HostFlow may extend a review where fraud, refund, chargeback, or ownership checks are pending.
5. Withdrawals
The minimum available balance for a withdrawal request is $25. Requests must be submitted through the HostFlow Client Area using the method made available there. Pending commission does not count toward the threshold.
HostFlow may require reasonable identity, ownership, tax, or payout details before releasing funds. Processing times can vary by payment method and review requirements.
6. Promotion rules
Affiliates must promote HostFlow honestly and responsibly. You must not:
- refer yourself, create duplicate accounts, or place orders for your own benefit;
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or use deceptive or misleading claims;
- impersonate HostFlow or suggest that an unofficial account, page, or community is operated by HostFlow;
- use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden redirects, automated traffic, or other tracking manipulation;
- bid on HostFlow names or trademarks in paid search advertising without written approval;
- publish HostFlow discount codes on coupon-only services without written approval;
- promote through illegal, hateful, harmful, or infringing content; or
- misrepresent prices, features, availability, guarantees, reviews, or programme rewards.
7. Advertising disclosure
Affiliate promotions must make the commercial relationship obvious before or at the point a person sees the referral link. Use a clear, prominent label such as “Ad” or an equally unambiguous affiliate disclosure. The disclosure must not be hidden in a profile, behind “more,” or placed where it is likely to be missed.
You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising laws, regulator guidance, and the rules of every platform you use.
8. Refunds, chargebacks, and reversals
HostFlow may cancel, withhold, or reverse commission connected to a refund, chargeback, payment dispute, fraud, duplicate account, policy violation, or other ineligible transaction. If commission has already been paid, HostFlow may deduct the amount from future earnings or request repayment.
9. Suspension and termination
HostFlow may suspend tracking, withhold withdrawals, or terminate participation where there is suspected abuse, fraud, security risk, legal risk, or a breach of these terms. An affiliate may stop participating at any time. Termination does not make invalid or ineligible commission payable.
10. Programme changes
HostFlow may change the programme, commission rate, eligibility rules, payout methods, or these terms prospectively. The current published version applies to future programme activity from its effective date. Material changes may also be announced through the website, Client Area, or account email.
11. Tax responsibility
Affiliates are responsible for identifying, reporting, and paying any taxes or charges that apply to their earnings. HostFlow may withhold payments or request documentation where required by law or a payment provider.
12. Questions and support
Questions about tracking, commission, withdrawals, or these terms should be sent through a HostFlow support ticket or to support@hostflow.cloud.
